Concord Coalition to End Homelessness(CCEH) is holding a Bluegrass BBQ behind the Everett Arena in Concord this Saturday August 9th. This picnic-style event along the Merrimack River will feature an incredible BBQ feast, some live music, and plenty of outdoor space for you to BYO chairs & beverages and enjoy the day! Music will be provided by Paul Hubert, Prodigal Son, Bow Junction, Peabody’s Coal Train. You must purchase your ticket in advance.
All funds that are raised from this event will help CCEH reach is goal of ending homelessness in the greater Concord area. Working with their community partners, CCEH’s mission is to eliminate chronic homelessness; support and quickly re-house people who have recently become homeless; and, build a system that effectively responds to the diverse needs of people experiencing homelessness.

- COST: $70 meal-for-two, $20 vegan meal for one

Only 250 “Meal-for-two” tickets will be sold. To limit crowding, tickets include a designated meal pick-up hour that must be respected.
Upon arrival, pull into the parking lot, park your car and then line up 6 ft. from other guests to pick up your feast!
Take your meal home, or bring your own chairs or blanket to set up your picnic under a shady tree along the river. Staff and volunteers will be wearing masks and guests are asked to wear masks when waiting in line to pick up food. Masks will be available for all guests.
CCEH operates the daytime Resource Center at the Tom Fredenburg House and the Emergency Winter Shelter, both located at 238 N. Main St. in Concord. Through our Housing First program, CCEH also provides people exiting long-term homelessness with permanent housing coupled with on-going supportive services.
