Col’s Kitchen is a plant-based eatery coming to downtown Concord, NH with locally sourced food. They are going to be serving an eclectic spread, from hearty entrees to pies shakes and maybe even waffles for brunch on Sunday’s. Owner Jordan Reynolds is a NH native and looking to open the new eatery in early August. The location, 55 South Main street, was previously home to a vegan eatery called Willows. Unfortunately, that restaurant closed early this year.

Reynolds is changed the vibe just a little from the previous tenant and redid the floors with local sourced wood from Merrimack County pine trees and also painted the interior walls. Along with new floors and paint, you will find up-cycled wooden chairs that have been sanded and painted black. An exact opening date and opening menu are coming soon.
